If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

"The leather is my favorite and this is the perfect in between size in the Los Feliz line. The big downside is the snap closure instead of a zipper. For security purposes, especially in traveling, this is an issue. Also, if the inside pocket could be a little bigger, it would be the perfect purse. Good quality & love the indigo color."
