What is The Sak Rewards?
The Sak Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank you for shopping with us. All customers are automatically eligible — there’s no sign up required. As soon as you make a purchase or share your email with us, you’ll start earning points and unlocking rewards, perks, and exclusive benefits based on your tier.
How do I join The Sak Rewards?
There’s nothing you need to do to join. Customers are automatically enrolled when they make a purchase or provide an email address. Creating an account is recommended so you can easily track your points, tier status, and available rewards.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases made after the loyalty program launches on May 18, 2026. Points earned per dollar depend on your tier:
• Tier 1: 1 point per $1
• Tier 2: 2 points per $1
• Tier 3: 3 points per $1
Members may also earn bonus points through special promotions, referrals, and other activities from time to time.
When will my points show up in my account?
Your points will appear in your account immediately after your purchase is completed and can be used on future orders. Rewards cannot be applied to current or past purchases. Make sure you are logged in to view your points and tier status under the Rewards section of your account.
Points collected for reviews will be rewarded within 14 days after leaving the review. You can check your status anytime by logging in at the top of this page: https://www.thesak.com/pages/rewards
When and how can I redeem my points?
It’s completely up to you. You can redeem your points right away or save them for a future purchase.
To redeem points:
• Log into your account
• Add items to your cart
• At checkout, apply your reward points
Points are non transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
Please note: Rewards points can only be applied to product costs and cannot be used to cover shipping charges. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
Can I use my points combined with other discount codes?
Yes. Reward points are treated as a form of payment and can be combined with one discount code. Multiple discount codes cannot be used together.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
If you used reward points on an order that is returned, the points will be refunded to your loyalty account first. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to your original payment method. Refunded points can be used again on a future purchase.
Please note: refunded points will retain their original expiration date and will not be extended.
Do points expire?
Yes, your points expire one year from the date they were earned. For example, if you earn points on July 1, 2026, those points will expire on June 30, 2027.

How does tier status work?
Your tier status is based on how much you spend within a rolling 12-month period.
Each time you reach a new spending threshold, you unlock that tier and keep it for 12 months from the date you qualify. Additional purchases can move you into a higher tier and extend your tier status.
Example:
• If you spend $49 on January 1, 2026, you’ll qualify for Tier 1 until January 1, 2027.
• If you then spend $201 on February 1, 2026, you’ll unlock Tier 2, which will be active until February 1, 2027.
• If you make another purchase of $350 on February 5, 2026, you’ll unlock Tier 3, and your Tier 3 status will remain active until February 5, 2027.
You’ll always enjoy the benefits of your highest active tier based on your most recent qualifying purchase.
Can my tier change over time?
Yes. Your tier can increase or decrease based on your spending within a rolling 12-month period.
When you unlock a tier, you keep that status for 12 months. To maintain that tier, you’ll need to meet the spending requirement again during that time.
Example:
• If you unlock Tier 2 on February 1, 2026, you’ll keep Tier 2 benefits until February 1, 2027.
• If you spend only $249 during that period and do not meet the Tier 2 spend requirement again (which is $250), your tier will be updated.
• On February 1, 2027, you would move down to Tier 1.
Your benefits are always tied to your current tier, and updates happen automatically.
What is the Welcome Tier?
The Welcome Tier is the entry level of The Sak Rewards. Customers in the Welcome Tier earn 1 point per dollar spent and enjoy select benefits. Higher tiers unlock additional perks such as bonus points, rewards, and exclusive access.
When do tier benefits apply?
Tier benefits apply once you qualify for that tier and remain active as long as you maintain that status. Benefits do not apply retroactively to past purchases.
What are Double Points Days?
Double Points Days are special events where eligible members earn twice the usual points on qualifying purchases. These events are announced via email and SMS, so make sure to subscribe.
During Double Points Days:
• Welcome Tier and Tier 1 earn 2 points per $1
• Tier 2 earns 4 points per $1
• Tier 3 earns 6 points per $1
How do birthday rewards work?
During your birthday month, eligible members will receive:
• Double points on all purchases
• Birthday discount on one purchase based on tier:
• Tier 1: 10% off
• Tier 2: 15% off
• Tier 3: 20% off
Your birthday must be saved in your account to receive these rewards. The discount will be delivered via email, SMS, and your “My Rewards” page.
What are anniversary rewards?
Anniversary rewards are our way of celebrating your loyalty. Eligible members receive a 30% discount on their anniversary, delivered via email, SMS, and displayed on your “My Rewards” page. Members who maintain their tier year over year also earn annual bonus points based on their tier.
What are milestone rewards?
Milestone rewards are bonus rewards for repeat purchases. Tier 3 members earn extra points after every five qualifying orders.
What are VIP events and early access?
VIP events and early access allow eligible members to shop new launches, special collections, or limited events before the general public. Access is available to members who are subscribed to email and/or SMS.
Which tiers qualify for free returns?
Free returns are available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 members. Eligibility is based on your tier at the time of purchase. Please refer to your Rewards dashboard for details.
How does ReSak benefit Tier 3 members?
Tier 3 members earn extra points when selling items through ReSak. For every $1 you sell you will get 1 point in loyalty points — good for the planet, great for your points balance.
Do I need an account to earn rewards?
You can earn rewards as long as you provide an email address. Creating an account allows you to track your points, tier status, and available rewards more easily.
Can I opt out of The Sak Rewards?
Yes. If you prefer not to participate, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
When and how do I receive my Tier 2 or Tier 3 welcome gift?
When you unlock Tier 2 or Tier 3, you’ll receive a free gift valued at $29 or $49, respectively. Look for an email with your unique redemption code, which will also appear on your “My Rewards” page.

How do I apply rewards points at checkout?
To use your rewards points on a purchase, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into Your Account
Click the person icon at the top right-hand corner of the homepage and sign in using the email address and password associated with your account. You must be logged in to view and apply your available rewards.
2. Add Items to Your Cart
Once you’re logged in, browse the site and add items to your cart as usual.
3. Apply Your Rewards Points
When you go to checkout, you’ll see your available rewards points listed.
•Use the – and + buttons to apply a custom amount of your available points.
•To use the full amount available, click the green “Apply $XX.XX Off” button.
•Your discount will be reflected in your order total immediately and you will see a code that starts with RWRD applied to the order.
4. Important Notes
•Rewards points must be applied before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot apply points retroactively once the order has been placed.
•If you’re using an accelerated checkout option like Shop Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, please be sure to apply your rewards in the cart page before clicking on one of those options. This ensures your points are deducted correctly. For more information, click here.

How do I use my rewards points with an accelerated checkout?
If you're using an accelerated checkout method such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, please apply your rewards points in your cart first before selecting the accelerated checkout option. This ensures your rewards are properly deducted from your total before completing your purchase.
I entered the wrong birthday by accident. How do I change it?
Log in to your The Sak account and click Birthday Update in the top menu.
Can my rewards be added to a past order I placed before signing in to my loyalty account?
Unfortunately, rewards cannot be adjusted or recovered for orders placed without logging into your loyalty account.
