If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

LOVE This Bag!!!!

"I LOVE this bag. It's my 3rd. I wish you hadn't removed the back outside pocket & would make the front zipper pocket a little bigger to fit a phone. But the outside pockets are great as is the inside. The strap is a perfect length. I love that it's leather - it definitely lasts longer and doesn't crack. I just hope that the sides of the strap do not peel off like my last two bags. I wish you would bring the multi-color back - that's my very favorite color and goes with everything! Thank you!"

"I love my Kendra Hobo! I asked for this purse for my birthday from my husband. I bought in black because I needed a black purse, I love the style & size. It's not too small or too big, and the handle is a great length to wear on my shoulder or arm, or just carry by the handle. The tassel adds extra style & pizzazz. Just what my mother wanted!

"My mother had this exact bag for well over 15 years. She LOVES it, well loved it as it has finally worn out. My mother recently turned 84 and likes what she likes and doesn't adapt to change very well. She has tried over 6 new and somewhat expensive bags over the past 2 years and none have come close to giving her the joy of the Kendra hobo. Everything was either a crossbody design which doesn't work for her or it was too large. She even thought of having her bag repaired as the leather around the corners was really worn out. I convinced her otherwise and went on a personal hunt for a replacement of similar design. I searched every store around looking for something similar and was just about to give up, then tried the Sak website looking for anything comparable. I never thought the exact bag was still being made and available. At the time, I had no idea the name of her bag as the inside label was too worn to read so I searched every bag. When I ran across what appeared to be her exact bag I was overwhelmed with joy. Luckily she still has the old bag (just can't throw it out)so I confirmed the design to ensure it was the same. I cried happy tears as I placed the order. My father and mother always made sure my sister and I had our needs and wants met our entire life. My father now resides in heaven and a few days after my mother's birthday in November this year she had a health scare so I would do anything to make her happy this Christmas. When I received the order I wanted to give it my mother immediately but thought I can wait a few weeks until Christmas. I finally had to wrap the gift and put it under my mom's tree to avoid just giving it to her early. She thinks it's a gift from "Santa" to me. The 54 year old kid in me can hardly wait to see her face on Christmas morning. Thank you for still making this bag and helping make my mother's Christmas extra special this year.
