If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

"I normally dont go for shoulder bags, but there was something about the color of the suede and the crochet strap. Its a day bag as its on the smaller side, but I'm tired of dragging around a too heavy bag with 6 chapsticks, 3 lipsticks, and a sunscreen I never use. Oh, a giant planner, a couple small notebooks for me to make lists of to-dos (that I probably forgot to do) and small crushed bags of various snacks that have seen better days. Throw in a bottle of water and there it is-my backache from carrying that around all day. Its refreshing to no longer require all that for everyday. It comes with two straps, one for business, one for fun and I can switch out for a crossbody. Highly recommend."
