Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I wasn't sure about the sizing. I usually wear a 9. 5 so I sized up to a 10. My foot fits perfectly length and width. The crochet part seems. Wider and is a looser fit. I have narrow feet so they're a little bit roomy with bare feet but that makes room for socks. Trying to figure out my next color!"
"These clogs are so cute and comfortable, even my boyfriend complimented me on them. I wasn't sure if I'd like the gunmetal colored beads around the upper edge, but they are simple and create a nice design element without being flashy or sparkly. The color is a little bit lighter than the online photo and I actually like it better. Also, the quality of the crochet is excellent and well made so I'm not worried about snagging them. My shoes size is a 7 1/2, but in sneakers and boots I size up to an 8 and I did the same in these and they fit great. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing more in the future."

"I love the floral clogs and read tons of reviews as I’m between sizes and didn’t know what to get. I’m normally 8 to 8. 5 and decided to size up to a 9. They fit ok, but I prob would have had a slightly better fit with an 8, but they’re still nice. I don’t wear socks with these so they are a bit wide in the footbed, but my sock less foot seems to stick enough on the rubber inside that my foot stays put. Overall love them."
