For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day, and orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I purchased the moss green suede for use in the autumn/winter as an every day neutral carry that will match my wardrobe. The suede and leather trim are super soft and supple, and the zipper glides very smoothly. Inside of the bag is spacious with room for my wallet, makeup bag, sunglasses, readers and other small items. If this helps anyone I'm 5'8" and with the strap fully extended I can reach in and touch the bottom of the bag without pulling the bag to dig around."
"I was looking for a new purse was a little larger than the De Young crossbody bag I’ve been using. The Ashland is spacious and has lots of storage pockets. The soft leather feels soft to the touch and the Maritime color is beautiful. Although I like the blue and brown combination, I would have preferred the base of the purse to be blue rather than brown."

OnTrac had no communication and zero customer service skills. No tracking updates were provided (app still showing "order placed, awaiting package" even though I received my order today."

"This bag is beautiful! The buttery softness of the leather combined with the creamy yellow color is a winner. Only complaint I have is the zipper. I have other sak bags that have no issue with the zipper at all. This has a metal zipper that for some reason refuses to close if you open it all the way. I am just very careful with it because I love the bag and want to keep it so I took off a star for that."

"Didnt like this style. Wasnt for me. So I started a return…. WHAT a HORRIBLE exchange process. Instead of listening to me and my frustration, that I wanted a refund on this ashland bag, customer sevice placed a new order for a replacememnt bag WITHOUT my approval. I didnt want that style or Color. To top it off, before I even went to customer service, i attempted the exchange process on sak website, where I was then charged $114 of the difference for a bag that I DID want, but was later told “that order wasnt placed”. So they took my money and didnt place my order? Im disputing that charge with my bank. I haven’t received a refund for any of the three orders above yet — I love this brand and the product but they owe me hundreds of dollars. Ridiculous. Very disappointed and frustrated."
