Order Questions
Where is my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
To check your order status:
- Log into your account: Visit the account login page and sign in using your email or Shop Pay
- Go to Orders: Once logged in, click Orders in the top menu to view your order history
- Select your order: Click into the order you want to view
- Check status and tracking: If the order is marked as Fulfilled, it has shipped. You’ll see tracking details and a link to follow your shipment
Managing your order
From your account, you can take additional actions using the top menu:
- Click Modify Order to edit items, update your shipping address, apply a discount code, or cancel your order (available within 1 hour of placing your order)
- Click Start a Return to begin a return or exchange for eligible items
Important:
- Order changes, including address updates and cancellations, are only available within 1 hour of placing your order
- Once that window has passed, orders are processed quickly and can no longer be modified
- Returns and exchanges can be started at any time within the eligible return window through the Start a Return option
Make sure to sign in using the same email address used at checkout to access your order details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
To manage your order, visit the order sign-in page and log in using your Order # and Email, or select “Sign in with email” at the bottom to quickly access your most recent order.
You can also click the profile icon in the top right, then go to Orders to select your order and view available options.
Make sure to use the same email address used at checkout.
After the one-hour window has passed, orders are processed quickly and can no longer be modified.
Editing Your Order
From the Order Details screen, click “Edit order”, you’ll see the available options below. Each one lets you make a specific change to your order:
- Edit itemsUpdate the items in your order, including changing size, color, or quantity, or removing an item.
- Add a product to your orderAdd another item to your existing order without placing a new one.
- Edit shipping addressUpdate the shipping address for your order before it is processed.
- Change contact informationUpdate the email address or phone number associated with your order.
- Apply discount codeEnter a valid promo code to apply a discount to your order, if eligible.
- Cancel orderCancel your entire order.
All changes must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order is processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.
After one hour we cannot accommodate any address update or cancel requests. If you decide you need to return or exchange an order after you receive it, you can do so with a free and easy pre-paid return for eligible items. Please note that final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

Shipping Address Update Rules
- You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order
- Go to your order and click “Edit order”, then select “Edit shipping address”
- Enter your updated address and confirm the changes
Important:
- Address changes are only available before the order begins processing
- Once the 1-hour window has passed, the shipping address can no longer be modified
- We are unable to reroute packages once they have been processed or shipped
- Please double-check your address before submitting changes to avoid delivery issues
Why was my order cancelled?
Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or if an item goes out of stock. You will receive an email notice that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items or cancelled orders.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! To shop our gift card selection, please click here.
Please note: Gift cards are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased. Please treat gift cards like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission. We appreciate your understanding.
How It Works

2. Complete Your Order: To ensure a hassle-free experience, simply complete the purchase by providing your own email address. Rest assured that your gift card will be securely delivered to you upon checkout.
3. Spread the Joy: Once you've received your gift card via email, you can easily share the happiness with your loved one. There are two convenient options:
- Email Delivery: Forward the gift card directly to the recipient's email address, accompanied by a heartfelt message. They'll be thrilled to receive your thoughtful gift in their inbox.
- Print and Present: If you prefer a more tangible approach, you can print out the gift card and personally hand it to the lucky recipient. It's a wonderful way to create a memorable moment and see their face light up with joy.
How to redeem your gift card?
Add the items to your shopping cart you wish to purchase then click "Checkout"
You will see an open box that says, "GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE". Enter Gift Card number into this box and then click, APPLY. Please see example below. If you have reward points from previous orders, you will also be able to apply some or all of the reward points. You can click and drag the dot on the bar to select fewer reward points. Then click the APPLY button.
Once the Gift Card has been applied, you will fill out your shipping information along with the payment information to complete the order.
Does The Sak match pricing found elsewhere?
Yes. We value all of our customers. If you have found a better price on the exact same product within 30 days of purchase on our site, we will match. Please send a picture of the active advertisement to customerservice@thesak.com we will refund the difference to your original order if the product is priced under us and in stock we will match. The product you would like to match must be readily available and have the identical style & sku #.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at customerservice@thesak.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered
- Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

In addition, they offer additional shipping flexibility for us to ship pre-order items as they arrive to our warehouse -- so you can always get your hands on your pre-order as soon as possible!
What do I need to provide when I make a pre-order?
You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details that will be charged for your pre-order just like a normal online checkout process. What are my payment options with pre-orders via Purple Dot?
Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What happens to my money while I wait for my pre-order?
Purple Dot keeps your money safe and available for a full refund anytime before you pre-order ships. This guarantees that your pre-order will ship or your money back: keeping you in full control if you change your mind.
Will I know if the shipping date changes for my pre-order?
Yes! Purple Dot will trigger an automatic email in the event of a shipping date change. You can also check up on the estimated shipping date via the self-serve portal at anytime https://www.thesak.com/pages/manage-pre-orders
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Login to your pre-order self-serve portal here https://www.thesak.com/pages/manage-pre-orders to update your shipping details. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.
Can I change my email?
Yes! Please email customerservice@thesak.com with your updated email address, and a customer service team member will get this updated for you. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.
What happens if I cancel my pre-order?

You will receive an email confirming the refund and will see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by The Sak or Purple Dot. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the debit or credit card used at checkout and will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping price, customs fees, and duties are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination.
By partnering with DHL for international shipments, we make it simple to pay international customs fees upfront.
Paying duties upfront helps speed delivery, makes the order process more reliable, and helps avoid surprise fees.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Updating?
It’s normal for tracking information to take some time to update after your package has shipped. Depending on the shipping carrier, tracking may not show updates for the first 48 hours or until the day of delivery.
Here’s why this might happen:
- Carrier delays in scanning packages: Some carriers, like USPS, may only update tracking once the package is close to delivery.
- Shipment in transit: Your package is moving between facilities where tracking updates might not be recorded immediately.
What should I do?
- Please wait at least 2 business days before checking tracking again.
- If it’s been more than 3 business days without updates, feel free to contact us at customerservice@thesak.com.

What carrier do you use?
The Sak purchases are shipped either via UPS, DHL or USPS depending on the options selected at checkout.
For PO Box mailing addresses and rural routes we ship via UPS SurePost. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
How do I know if my order shipped out?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I refuse delivery if I no longer want my shipped order?
If you no longer want the order that was placed, please do not refuse the package from the shipper as this will prevent or delay the refund process. We recommend accepting the package and then use our prepaid return label to send the package back. This ensures that you will be refunded for the order.

I never received my order, what should I do?
If your order has not been received, please wait 48 business hours to see if the package gets delivered. After this time, please contact customer service for support. If you have not received the package and it is beyond the 30 days from the stated delivery date, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the order, send a replacement order or issue a store credit.
Forwarded Addresses
If you provide a shipping address, but have your mail forwarded to a different address, The Sak is no longer responsible for the order to be delivered to the address or forwarding address. If the shipper does not deliver to the forwarded address, The Sak will not provide a refund or replacement order. If the package gets returned to sender, The Sak will refund your account for the any returnable products, minus the shipping charges if any shipping charges we paid.

No - currently we do no ship to APO/FPO at this time. We do ship to PO Boxes via UPS SurePost (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Currently we ship internationally via DHL. By partnering with DHL for international shipments we make it simple for you, by offering a way to pay international customs fees upfront. Customs fees and duties are included in the shipping price calculated during checkout. We also add a 10% handling fee to make sure all costs are covered. This will expedite delivery, make the order process more reliable and keep the costs down.

What is your return policy?
If You Purchased on Our Website
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the ship date, unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for special sale events or final sale items. If more than 30 days have passed but the item is still within one year of the purchase date and is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. Store credit is issued as a promotional code and may only be applied to merchandise on thesak.com, it cannot be applied to shipping charges. Any applicable return shipping cost will be shown during the return process and may vary based on your Sak Rewards tier when our prepaid label is used. One exchange per paid item is allowed for domestic orders only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that did not meet the free shipping threshold.

Pre-Orders

What to Expect After You Return an Item
Once your return is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment, though it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discount, reward, or promotional code used on the original order is not transferable to a future purchase.
If You Purchased from an Authorized Retailer
Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly on thesak.com. Merchandise purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and is subject to that retailer’s return policy.
International Orders
International orders placed on thesak.com are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under our domestic return policy. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or prepaid return shipping for orders shipped outside of the United States. If an item was purchased from a retailer outside of our website, it must be returned to the original store of purchase.
Canada Orders
Orders placed on thesak.ca are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under our domestic return policy. Prepaid return shipping is not available for Canada orders.

The Sak Warranty Policy
The Sak product is protected by a one-year limited warranty for any defective or damaged product with normal use. This does not include reasonable wear & tear or color transfer made from clothing. Proof of purchase and photos are required. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping.

This warranty does not apply to purchases made at retail locations, discount retailers or used item resale sites.
Can I return items from different orders in one package?
It is very important to return orders separately; in its own packaging using the shipping label with the correct order number. This will help simplify the return process and reduce delay on your refund.
What is your Canada return policy?
Orders purchased on thesak.ca are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with our current domestic return policy. Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for product shipped outside of the United States or extend our pre-paid shipping (only domestic). Additionally If purchased outside of our website please return to the store it was purchased from.

How do I create an account?
There is no separate account setup required. Your account is automatically created the first time you sign in.
To access your account, simply enter your email address on the sign-in page, or choose Shop Pay if you have it set up. You’ll receive a one-time verification code by email or text, which you’ll use to securely sign in.
Once signed in, you can view your orders, track shipments, and manage your account details.

How do I Log In to My Account?
You no longer need to create or remember a password to access your account.

How do I reset my password?
There is no password to reset.
We use a secure, passwordless login system, so you don’t need to create or remember a password.

Accessing your order history is the easiest way to view and manage your orders.
Once signed in, go to the Orders section to see a list of your recent and past purchases. Select any order to view details such as order status, tracking information, and a full summary of items.

Rewards Program Questions
What is The Sak Rewards?
The Sak Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank you for shopping with us. All customers are automatically eligible — there’s no sign up required. As soon as you make a purchase or share your email with us, you’ll start earning points and unlocking rewards, perks, and exclusive benefits based on your tier.
How do I join The Sak Rewards?
There’s nothing you need to do to join. Customers are automatically enrolled when they make a purchase or provide an email address. Creating an account is recommended so you can easily track your points, tier status, and available rewards.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases made after the loyalty program launches on May 18, 2026. Points earned per dollar depend on your tier:
• Tier 1: 1 point per $1
• Tier 2: 2 points per $1
• Tier 3: 3 points per $1
Members may also earn bonus points through special promotions, referrals, and other activities from time to time.
When will my points show up in my account?
Your points will appear in your account immediately after your purchase is completed and can be used on future orders. Rewards cannot be applied to current or past purchases. Make sure you are logged in to view your points and tier status under the Rewards section of your account.
Points collected for reviews will be rewarded within 14 days after leaving the review. You can check your status anytime by logging in at the top of this page: https://www.thesak.com/pages/rewards
When and how can I redeem my points?
It’s completely up to you. You can redeem your points right away or save them for a future purchase.
To redeem points:
• Log into your account
• Add items to your cart
• At checkout, apply your reward points
Points are non transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
Please note: Rewards points can only be applied to product costs and cannot be used to cover shipping charges. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
Can I use my points combined with other discount codes?
Yes. Reward points are treated as a form of payment and can be combined with one discount code. Multiple discount codes cannot be used together.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
If you used reward points on an order that is returned, the points will be refunded to your loyalty account first. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to your original payment method. Refunded points can be used again on a future purchase.
Please note: refunded points will retain their original expiration date and will not be extended.
Do points expire?
Yes, your points expire one year from the date they were earned. For example, if you earn points on July 1, 2026, those points will expire on June 30, 2027.

How does tier status work?
Your tier status is based on how much you spend within a rolling 12-month period.
Each time you reach a new spending threshold, you unlock that tier and keep it for 12 months from the date you qualify. Additional purchases can move you into a higher tier and extend your tier status.
Example:
• If you spend $49 on January 1, 2026, you’ll qualify for Tier 1 until January 1, 2027.
• If you then spend $201 on February 1, 2026, you’ll unlock Tier 2, which will be active until February 1, 2027.
• If you make another purchase of $350 on February 5, 2026, you’ll unlock Tier 3, and your Tier 3 status will remain active until February 5, 2027.
You’ll always enjoy the benefits of your highest active tier based on your most recent qualifying purchase.
Can my tier change over time?
Yes. Your tier can increase or decrease based on your spending within a rolling 12-month period.
When you unlock a tier, you keep that status for 12 months. To maintain that tier, you’ll need to meet the spending requirement again during that time.
Example:
• If you unlock Tier 2 on February 1, 2026, you’ll keep Tier 2 benefits until February 1, 2027.
• If you spend only $249 during that period and do not meet the Tier 2 spend requirement again (which is $250), your tier will be updated.
• On February 1, 2027, you would move down to Tier 1.
Your benefits are always tied to your current tier, and updates happen automatically.
What is the Welcome Tier?
The Welcome Tier is the entry level of The Sak Rewards. Customers in the Welcome Tier earn 1 point per dollar spent and enjoy select benefits. Higher tiers unlock additional perks such as bonus points, rewards, and exclusive access.
When do tier benefits apply?
Tier benefits apply once you qualify for that tier and remain active as long as you maintain that status. Benefits do not apply retroactively to past purchases.
What are Double Points Days?
Double Points Days are special events where eligible members earn twice the usual points on qualifying purchases. These events are announced via email and SMS, so make sure to subscribe.
During Double Points Days:
• Welcome Tier and Tier 1 earn 2 points per $1
• Tier 2 earns 4 points per $1
• Tier 3 earns 6 points per $1
How do birthday rewards work?
During your birthday month, eligible members will receive:
• Double points on all purchases
• Birthday discount on one purchase based on tier:

How do I apply rewards points at checkout?
To use your rewards points on a purchase, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into Your Account
Click the person icon at the top right-hand corner of the homepage and sign in using the email address and password associated with your account. You must be logged in to view and apply your available rewards.
2. Add Items to Your Cart
Once you’re logged in, browse the site and add items to your cart as usual.
3. Apply Your Rewards Points
When you go to checkout, you’ll see your available rewards points listed.
•Use the – and + buttons to apply a custom amount of your available points.
•To use the full amount available, click the green “Apply $XX.XX Off” button.
•Your discount will be reflected in your order total immediately and you will see a code that starts with RWRD applied to the order.
4. Important Notes
•Rewards points must be applied before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot apply points retroactively once the order has been placed.
•If you’re using an accelerated checkout option like Shop Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, please be sure to apply your rewards in the cart page before clicking on one of those options. This ensures your points are deducted correctly. For more information, click here.

What is Credit Key and how does it work?
Credit Key is not a lease or financed loan, but a line of credit that allows you the flexibility to purchase equipment and supplies as needed. You can qualify for up the a $50,000 line of credit, to use and pay as needed over a 12 month term.You will have the ability to get pre-approved for a certain amount before you order.
To be eligible for Credit Key credit, you will need to:
Be an individual applying under your own name. If your business is a Sole Proprietorship you do not need to have a Federal EIN, but will have to document some type of state registration of the business.
- Owner/Signatory of business in application
- Be a U.S. citizen or resident, of minimum signing age in your state of residence
- Have a FICO®/credit score of 600 or above
- Have a total annual business income of $40,000 or more
- Provide your Social Security Number
- Have a nominated bank account or debit card for repayments.
Credit Key’s application process is simple and does not affect your personal credit. Credit Key does not change any setup fees. If you choose to go beyond
30 days, you can be approved as low as 1% per month. Applying for Credit Key is a “soft inquiry.” This does not impact your FICO®/credit score.

Once we have received and processed your request, we will issue a store credit/gift card via email for your purchase price of the items involved that you may use towards future purchases on the site. These is no need to send back damaged or mis-shipped items.

If you received a defective item, quickly return the defected item by following our return policy to obtain a return shipping label free of charge and order a replacement item by placing a new order. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment.

What are the handbag measurements?
We incorporate dimensions in inches on the product description section.
- Drop is measured from the highest point of the straps down to the opening of the bag.
- Height is measured from the opening of the bag down to the bottom.
- Length is measured side to side across the front of the bag.
- Width is measured from front to back at the widest point along the side of the bag.
How do I care for my handbag?
Our bags are handcrafted from durable, eco-friendly materials designed to last. Regular care helps keep styles looking great and extends their life. Before cleaning, empty your bag and remove loose items.
Leather
Use a water-based leather cleanser and moisturizer. Test on a small hidden area first. Apply as directed, wipe off with a slightly damp cloth, then use a protective spray.
Suede
Avoid direct sunlight and excessive contact with water, oils, perfume or cosmetics. If wet, dab excess moisture with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature. Color transfer may occur; clean only with a dry cloth.
Crochet
Wipe clean with a barely damp cloth and allow to air dry.
Canvas
Spot clean with a slightly damp cloth using water only; let air dry. This applies to both uncoated and coated canvas.
EcoTwill
Spot clean with warm water and air dry, keep out of direct sunlight.

How do I add items to my Wishlist?
To add items to your wishlist, go to www.thesak.com and browse for products you like. When you’re on a product’s page, click the heart-shaped wishlist icon near the top right of the main image, this will turn the heart black and show a message confirming that the item was added to your wishlist. To view your wishlist, click the heart icon at the top right of the website, from here you can edit, remove, or share items. While you can use the wishlist without an account, signing in lets you save and access your wishlist across devices by logging in. When you’re ready to purchase an item, select it from your wishlist and proceed to checkout as usual. If you run into any issues with the wishlist feature, contact customer support for help.
